Data deletion

Signed-in customers can download their data or request account deletion from Settings. You can also contact support from the phone or WhatsApp number associated with your workspace.
What happens next
We immediately stop automation, release the Page from your workspace, erase stored customer authorization, and revoke active sessions. During operator-managed onboarding, you must also remove the named operator profile from Facebook Page access. We then delete tenant content and stored files after administrator verification.
A valid Meta data-deletion callback immediately revokes stored Meta authorization and permanently deletes the connected workspace content and files. The confirmation page displays a request reference after processing.
Minimal payment, security, audit, aggregate usage, and one-time trial evidence may be retained where required for accounting, abuse prevention, and legal obligations.
