We process account details, assigned Page identifiers, product knowledge, and customer conversations only to provide and secure the service.
Account and Page access
You register with an email and password. Passwords are hashed and cannot be read by us. During the private launch, you explicitly add our named operator profile to your Facebook Page with the tasks needed for messages, comments, and linked Instagram. We never request your Facebook password. Customers can see only Pages that a platform administrator assigns to their workspace.
When Facebook connection is available, you may instead authorize Tasyeer AI through Meta and choose the Pages and linked Instagram accounts you manage. We store the resulting access token encrypted on the server and show those assets only in your own workspace.
Data we use
The agent processes messages, comments, images, and audio sent to assigned Pages. Meta access credentials are held server-side and never displayed to customers.
Retention and control
Conversation history is retained for up to 180 days on the standard plan. Short-lived media is deleted earlier. You can stop automation, remove the operator profile in Facebook, export your data, or request account deletion at any time.
Providers
We use Meta APIs, Google Gemini, and infrastructure providers to operate the service. We do not sell personal data.
